Karashamb 2013, Tomb 617

General Info

1. Chamber: rectangular, subterranean, natural burial, 1.85 x 1.15 x 0.88 m.
2. The longitudinal axis is oriented north-south.
3. The tomb was without a cover.
4. External structure: the tomb is encircled by a circular basalt cromlech measuring 4.20 m in diameter.
5. Human remains: male, 19-25 years of age, the head was oriented south facing west, his legs were contracted, his left arm was directly atop his legs and the right arm was folded across the waist. He was lying on his left side.
6. Burial goods: 4 ceramic vessels, 3 bronze bracelets, and beads.
7. Additional information: a bronze bird pendant was found in the fill of the tombs.
